R8: Cherie

This was fun and I'm liking my piece better now. I appliqued 2 bits for this round, the raindrop shaped piece and the curved piece above it on the green.

R7: Cherie

I finished up round 7, January's round, just in the nick of time :) I can't wait to start the embellishments as there are a couple of blocks (bottom center) that I'm not so happy with at the moment.

R6: Cherie

I jumped right on round 6, woo hoo!!

R5: Cherie

I completed number 5 just in the nick of time! I did make step 5 in two blocks as directed but wanted them tied together so I used bright blue on the bottom of each. I will embellish the left side so I purposefully left an open space.

Easy, peasy...just a plain strip this time but this leaves room for some appliqued circles or something later :)
