    These fabrics are a great combination, and I love the three horizontal (ish!) white lines that extend beyond the seam, are they appliquéd on?

    @benta: the white lines are pieced in block 1 and the "tails" hand-appliqued on block 2.

    I love the feel of this one. Reminds me of the space programs I always watched in the '70s. Very back to my roots!
