Yes, I know, it's hard to believe it's October already. But it is, and with it, another instruction on the Stay at Home Robin. October's task is to add a piece, 3x9", to the left hand side of your growing quilt. Or, obviously, it would be ok if you added it to the right hand side. Here's my virtual quilt with its new addition:

As for my ACTUAL robin, I hope I will be able to work on it this weekend - though I have a ton of other stuff to do as well. Still, no birthdays, no major errands, no major housecleaning - if I didn't think it would be sure to jinx me, I'd say it was looking good for a high-sewing-content weekend!
Hi Kate. I was panicking a bit as I didn't find an up date on your blog, but I'm delighted to have found your new blog. I'm in Florence at the moment (no fabric shops to be seen) but will get on with step 4 next week.
